Artichoke and Tomato Pizza
Marinated artichoke hearts, tomato and feta cheese with olive oil on a crispy pizza crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinated (in oil) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons reserved marinade from jar of artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pre-made 12 inch pizza crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Add artichoke hearts, tomato and marinade to a bowl and mix gently. Spread chopped artichoke hearts, tomato, and feta cheese evenly over pizza crust. Bake for 10 minutes; serve immediately.
