Artichoke Garlic Bread
Artichoke hearts and peppers in a garlic ailoli over French bread then toasted in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Garlic Aioli
  • 1 1/2 cups marinated artichoke hearts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup yellow peppers (hot or mild), chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large loaf French bread, split in half

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mixture over each half of bread. Place on baking sheet and bake until golden and bubbly. Remove from oven and cool slightly before slicing.

Serves 8
