Deviled Eggs
Classic recipe of eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika.

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • paprika, for sprinkling

Directions

Slice eggs lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
