Grilled Chipotle Garlic Chicken
Flame-broiled chicken basted in a spicy chipotle garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ring of Fire Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 pounds chicken, thighs and drumticks
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Blend lemon, olive oil, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Salt & pepper both sides of chicken. Mop hot sauce blend onto one side of chicken and place on grill (basted side down) or broiling rack in oven (basted side up). If grilling, mop unbasted side (if broiling turn first, then baste) then turn after 10 minutes or when chicken is browned on side towards fire. Remove from fire when both sides are browned or when inside is no longer pink.
