Grilled Tomato-Basil Chicken
Flame-broiled chicken basted in a tomato-basil and garlic sauce.

Blend olive oil, catsup, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and basil in a small bowl. Salt & pepper both sides of chicken. Baste one side of chicken and place on grill (basted side down) or broiling rack in oven (basted side up). If grilling, mop unbasted side (if broiling turn first, then baste) then turn after 10 minutes or when chicken is browned on side towards fire. Remove from fire when both sides are browned or when inside is no longer pink.
