Guacamole
Creamy avocado dip with tomatos and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium avocados
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped fine

Directions

Cut each avocado in half lengthwise and remove seed. Scoop fruit out of each skin and add to medium bowl. Mash with fork until smooth and creamy, and only slightly lumpy. Add tomato, lime juice, and cilantro and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.

Yields 4 cups
