Horseradish Sauce
Mild sauce for roast beef includes tangy horseradish in whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 5 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Add lemon juice, and salt. Then gently fold in horseradish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.

Yields 4 cups
