Imitation Crab Salad
Imitation crabmeat in a creamy pasta salad with just a hint of dill.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spiral pasta
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup frozen peas (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain in colander and rinse. Flake imitation crab by hand in a large bowl. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, peas (if desired), dill weed, and salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Add pasta to bowl and season with salt and pepper. Fold until dressing is evenly distributed.

Refrigerate for two hours before serving to develop flavors.
