Roasted Prime Rib of Beef
Prime rib done to order served with a tangy horseradish sauce.

Directions

Mix salt and crushed peppercorns and coat beef on all sides. Roast in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until thermometer reads 120F. Let meat rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve with horseradish sauce and Yorkshire pudding on the side.
