Tangy Beef Sandwich
Thin-sliced sirloin steak smothered in a spicy sauce served on a warm Kaiser roll.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup ranch style salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 Kaiser rolls, sliced lengthwise

Directions

In a 10" saute or frying pan, sweat onion and garlic in olive oil at medium heat until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Add sliced beef and stir until hot. Add chili sauce, ranch dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer mixture, stirring often, until sauce is hot and beef is thoroughly coated.

Place 3/4 to 1 cup of beef and sauce on sliced roll and serve immediately.
