Turkey Tetrazzini
Savory turkey, cheese and spaghetti with a crunchy bread crumb topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package.

Meanwhile, combine soup, milk, water, and cheddar cheese in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When mixture is hot add turkey and pepper. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and oregano.

Add cooked spaghetti to 9" x 13" baking dish. Pour sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes and sauce is bubbling.
